InternetGhana Briefs Clients on the NEW PREPAID CARD SERVICE


Internetghana on the 21st and 23rd of December 2005, invited a section of its valued clients/ customers for a meeting at its Head Office (Adabraka) for a brief on its NEW PREPAID SERVICE to be rolled out effective 1st January 2006.
Present at the briefing were the CEO of InternetGhana, DCEO, Head of Engineering, Operations Manager, Business Development Executive, Customer Care Personnels as well as the invited clients.
The meeting was aimed at educating clients on the Benefits, Features, Pricing, Contract Terms as well as Mode of Operation of the New Prepaid Service and also to seek views and interacted with valued clients on the New Prepaid Service as compared to the current DSL Service.
Mr. Richard Ankrah (Operations Manager) and Prince Kumordzie ( Business Development Executive) took their turn to explain why both existing and propective clients should sign up for the New Prepaid Service.
Mr. Leslie Tamakloe, C.E.O interacted with the clients on key issues on the Prepaid Service and concerns raised.
The briefing is still on-going and will be repeated at our various out-stations in Kumasi, Takoradi and Tarkwa for further details on the New
Prepaid Service
