TERMS
& CONDITIONS OF DSL@INTERNETGHANA |

The
following are the terms and conditions under which
DSL service will be provisioned.
1.
The contract is valid for a minimum period of one
year.
2. prospective user must reside in
areas where INTERNETGHANA’s DSL service is available
( see over leaf for areas of availability)
3. The line must be registered in
your name or user must have a power of attorney from
owner of the telephone line.
4. Lead-time for provisioning of
DSL service is 10 working days minimum.
5. Early cancellation of DSL service
will attract a penalty.
6. Set-up installation & configuration
fee is non-refundable. However in the event that phone
line is disqualified by GT, INTERNETGHANA will refund
monies paid.
7. INTERNETGHANA will take one visit
to client premises to provision service.
8. Even though DSL service is provisioned
by INTERNETGHANA this is done on Ghana Telecom phone
line.
Quality of Service
9. The standard /basic DSL services
are ideal for the following:
DSL@Office -( 10 Computers)
DSL@School -(10 Computers)
10. INTERNETGHANA will qualify equipment
provided by client i.e. modems/ routers etc.
11. Disclaimer- INTERNETGHANA cannot
be held directly responsible for any viral or worm
infestation as a result of the use of the Internet.
INTERNETGHANA will undertake any worm removal at cost.
12. Do not temper with ADSL equipment
when service is interrupted. Call INTERNETGHANA immediately.
Clients will be surcharged for restoration of service
as a result of tempering with equipment.
13. Please report technicians who
attend to personal duties ( even on their personal
phones) when they are assigned to solve your problem.
14. NETRNETGHANA should be your first
point of call when your phone line develops a fault.
Do not call GT first under any circumstances, as this
will attract additional charges if fault is identified
to be Internet/ Data related.
15. Circuits that remain in active
for 30 days without prior information and payment
will be automatically disconnected. These circuits
will then be normalised after a further 30 days without
recourse to client in which case first month payment
will be forfeited.
